What data is processed

Emails. If you write to the address above, I process your email address and the content of your message only to reply to you. I keep it for as long as needed to handle your request and for related professional relations.

Hosting. The site is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. (Italy). Like any web server, it records technical logs (IP address, date and time, pages requested) for security and maintenance.

Analytics. With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how it is used, in aggregate form. IP addresses are anonymised. Data is kept for the retention period set in the Analytics property (maximum 14 months). If you decline, Analytics is not loaded.

Videos. Videos are embedded from YouTube using the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Playing a video may cause YouTube to set cookies and receive your data, according to Google’s policy.

Fonts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your IP address is transmitted to Google servers when a page is displayed.

Legal basis

Analytics: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). Emails: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in answering you (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f). Hosting logs and fonts: legitimate interest in running and securing the site (art. 6.1.f).

Transfers outside the EU

Google may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards adopted by Google, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@maxballatore.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
